supervice experience.

hari ni aku dan budak2 kelas ada SE (supervise experience). kiteorang dibahagi beberapa kumpulan. Then, setiap group akan masuk berlainan ward. Group aku dapat C15 that is respiratory ward. hohoho... dengar je ward tuh terus terbayang Madam Saroja... our lecturer~ hewhewhew.. takde la. dye ajau tajuk sume berkaitang dengan respiratory. And.. kiteorang ni tak berani nak buat yang bukan2 dengan dye. Yang paling aku stress, dye  jd clinical instructor group aku. perghh! apa lagi..malam sehari sebelum SE sume duk pulun nota2 berkaitan ngan respiratory. kot2 la esok dye datang nak tanye..lau tak dapat jawab tak ke haru? silap2 hari bulan dapat tambahan assignment.. owh no..assignment yang sedia ada pon tak terbuat lagi.. hehehe.. First masuk ward tuh.. whoa! dengar batuk sana..batuk sini. uhuk.. automatik hidung aku bagi reflect nak bersin. aisk.. taw la banyak microb, virus segala bagai. tapi, kena tahan jugak. sesape yang antibodi lemah kena pakai mask. Then.. CI yang jaga kiteorang yang comel lagi cun! nasib baik dye baik.. bleyh buat geng. :P then, aku ngan kawan aku buat prosedur dressing. senang je..just follow and remember the steps. ;)

after that.. pergi tengok doctor buat bronchoscopy... taw tak pe tu bronchoscopy? meh sini che nak cite meh..

• Bronchoscopy is a procedure that allows your doctor to look inside your lungs' airways, called the bronchi and bronchioles. The airways carry air from the trachea, or windpipe, to the lungs.
  During the procedure, your doctor inserts a thin, flexible tube called a bronchoscope into your nose or mouth. The tube is passed down your throat into your airways. If you have a breathing tube, the bronchoscope can be passed through the tube to your airways. You’ll be given medicine to make you relaxed and sleepy during the procedure.
  The bronchoscope has a light and small camera that allow your doctor to see your windpipe and airways and take pictures.
  If you have a lot of bleeding in your lungs or a large object stuck in your throat, your doctor may use a bronchoscope with a rigid tube. The rigid tube, which is passed through the mouth, is wider. This allows your doctor to see inside it more easily, treat bleeding, and remove stuck objects.
  
  
  faham tak? huhuhu.... first time aku tengok procedure ni live. kesian jugak tengok uncle tuh tahan sakit. cube bayang bahagian rongga lam hidung dan mulut kena masuk sesuatu. tak ke sesak? memang besar mata aku buka tengok tube tu masuk dalam trachea.. sampai je dekat bahagian bronchi dah nampak dah exudate melekat. banyak jugak. then, doctor masuk pulak kat bahagian bronchioles. ni bahagian lung sebelah kiri je. tapi doctor check both lungs. dekat bronchioles lagi banyak exudate. luka pon ada jugak. takut pulak aku tengok. huhuhuhu...doctor pulak kalau tengok dye control tube tuh macam main kereta yang guna remote control tuh. hahaha! mase tu jugak aku kena bagi therapeutic touch dekat patient. kuat gile dye genggam tangan aku sebab sakit. kesian pon ada tengok uncle tu. :'( hehehe..yang penting aku assist duk sebelah doctor. hewhewhew... then, lepas siap, bawak patient balik ward. aku tanye dia kenapa masuk ward? padahal soalan tu budak tadika boleh jawab. masuk sebab sakit la kan? hee... uncle tu dah lama masuk hospital. then, aku pergi lah check dye punye BHT ( bed head ticket ). rupanya he's active smocker and take 10 cigarettes a day !!! no wonder lah kan kena macam tuh. isk isk isk.. so... jejaka-jejaka di luar sana..dengan ini saya ingin memberitahu please stop smoking !!!!! bahaya taw ! banyak keburukan. memang tak nampkak lagi..nanti dah berumur baru taw pokok kelapa tinggi ke rendah. eh??? sampai di sana sahaja aku membebel. penat teramat SE time bulan puasa. kering tekak..haus~ sabar2... :D itu lah yang kami practise belajar sem 2 .. there's so many more~
